Wednesday, June 6 – Introduction to Dialectical Behavior Therapy

Dr. Alina Gorgorian, clinical director of Clearview Women’s Center, will provide you an overview of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and the four DBT skills: mindfulness, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and emotion regulation.

Wednesday, August 1 – How Do I Get My Family Member into BPD Treatment?

Learn techniques to get your loved one the treatment they need to recover from Borderline Personality Disorder.

Wednesday, October 3 – Stop Walking on Eggshells!

Author Randi Kreger teaches essential skills for family members of those with Borderline Personality Disorder.
